Shipping & Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) What’s returnable

  • Non-personalized items: Return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and resellable condition.
  • Personalized items: Because we handwrite personalization exactly as typed, these are final sale and non-returnable, except if damaged/defective or made in error by us.
  • Bulk/Corporate orders: Non-returnable unless defective (we’ll make it right).

2) What’s not returnable

  • Personalized items (except our error/defect)
  • Digital gift cards
  • “Final sale” items (marked as such)
  • Opened/used items not in original condition

3) Start a return (RMA required)

Email supportwitandhil@gmail.com with:

  • Order number, item(s), reason, and clear photos if damaged/defective.

We’ll reply with RMA instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return shipping:

  • Customer pays return shipping on preference-based returns.
  • If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we cover return/replacement shipping.

Need a prepaid label? We can provide one and deduct the label cost from your refund (ask in your RMA email).

4) Exchanges

Fastest method: return the item (per above) and place a new order.

If you received a defective/wrong item, we’ll exchange or replace at no cost.

5) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund promptly and may ask you to keep packaging for a carrier claim.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus original shipping, if any) within 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we caused the issue.
  • Partial refunds may apply if items are not in original condition.

7) Order changes & cancellations

We can modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of placement. After that, production/picking may have begun—especially for personalized or made-to-order items.

8) Holiday timing

Personalized volume increases each holiday season. Orders placed after December 18 are not guaranteed for Christmas arrival. Lead times shown on product pages apply (e.g., Ornaments ship in ~2–3 business days; Leather bells typically ship in 1–2 weeks).

9) Where we ship/return from

We currently ship within the USA only. Our fulfillment is FOB Daytona Beach, FL (not a retail location).
